To ensure your application is complete and meets the standards required by universities, please follow these instructions carefully when preparing and uploading your documents.
Note: For the admission process, document attestation is generally not required, except in rare cases where specific universities (usually 1–5) explicitly request HEC attestation.
However, for the visa application, document attestation is mandatory.
For Master Admission
Educational Documents for Master Admission
Required for Master’s applicants
• ✅ Passport – Scan both the front page and back page (showing signature).
• ✅ CNIC front and back.
• ✅ TRC or Visa copy if you are not living in your home country
All educational certificates and transcripts must be scanned clearly from both front and back sides and saved as a single PDF for each document.
All educational documents must be scanned using a scanner—no mobile phone pictures allowed. Blurred or cropped scans will not be accepted.
• ✅ Master’s Degree & Transcript (if available) Front and Back Scan

• ✅ Intermediate (FSc or equivalent) Certificate & Transcript. (Front and Back Scan )
→ If degree and transcript are separate documents, upload both. Otherwise, upload the combined document.
• ✅ Matriculation Certificate & Transcript (Front and Back Scan)
→ If degree and transcript are separate documents, upload both. Otherwise, upload the combined document.
• ✅ Two Academic Recommendation Letters.
• ✅ English Language Proficiency
- IELTS / TOEFL Certificate (if available)
- English Proficiency Letter from your University or college
• ✅ Europass Format CV
• ✅ Work Experience / Internship Certificates (if available)
• ✅ Final Year Thesis (if available)
• ✅ Research Publications (if available)

• If a document is not in English or German, a certified translation is required.
